Lucía attended King’s College (University of London, 2003-2007) where she received her bachelor’s degree in History, focusing on European and Latin American history as well as History of Philosophy. She was an intern and assistant in the Centre of Anthropology of the Body (CSIC, 2009) and was a member of the organizing committee in the congress The Body: Object and Subject of Social and Human Sciences (2009).
After residing twelve years between Osaka and London and one year in Buenos Aires, she settled down in Barcelona and completed a master in Contemporary Philosophy from Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (2010-2012) focusing on urban art.
She is currently working on her Phd in the Philosophy Department of Universitat de Barcelona. Her research revolves around artistic practices in urban spaces. She combines her research activity with literary and academic translation work. She also coordinates English educational and teaching projects in a school in Barcelona.
